Cable Routing: Discless Road has fully external cable routing for simplicity. You can set it up 1x or 2x with a 29.8 FD. There are no holes for older Di2 Routing, so any mechanical groupset or full wireless groupset is the way to go!

Beach Club track, pure speed and adrenaline, pure aero performance. Never tested in a wind tunnel we just know. These track frames are made in Italy from Deddaccai tubing, then the welds are beautifully ground and polished along with the frames for this belissimo finish. These are really track frames, no brake mounts and probably only fit a 28max.
This frame is polished with lavender decals!! Che bello. Size Medium.

In essence, this bike is like looking at the bike you remember loving in the early 2000s thru rose-colored lenses; lithe, comfortable, and intuitive, without the annoyances of non-compact gearing and 23c tires at 120 psi loosening your fillings over pavement seams, literally the best of then and now. Beach Club offers YOU a bike that is super capable on the steep gravel of Los Angeles but also a joy to ride on the road, designed for the long stretches of tarmac you encounter before hitting any of our dirt roads or urban trails. We think the Gravioli hits this sweet spot by offering plenty of thrills on singletrack while still holding its own on speedier surfaces. Picture yourself riding the Gravioli along a pebble-lined road and rewarding yourself at your favorite remote ravioli stand.
Our frames are built in Portland, OR by Oscar at Simple Bike Co from Columbus Zona Tubesets with Columbus’s Futura Cross+ Fork that’s flat-mount disc brake compatible. The fork also features Colombus’ chocolate chip honey dip flip chip to change up that fork rake. (Columbus actually asked us not to refer to the flip chip with that handle but it was too good not to use). We Recommend using a Wide or Gravel Specific Crankset. If you plan on using Campagnolo EKAR you will need to use a different compatible crankset, For Example Ingrid. EKAR crankset q factors are too narrow.
