Returns/Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of when you receive your order. To be eligible for a return or exchange items must be sent back in their original like-new condition, with tags and unused/unworn. The customer is responsible for shipping costs on all merchandise returned to The Cub House

To initiate a return or exchange email info@cubhouse.cc with your order number, let us know which item is being returned and if we can help you with an exchange. We only handle returns and exchanges on merchandise purchased directly from The Cub House webshop.

Once return authorization has been received, carefully package the item to protect against damage in transit and mail to:

You will be issued a full refund (minus original shipping cost) as soon as your return is received and inspected. If your item comes back to us damaged or in poor condition we reserve the right to refuse the return or deduct a portion of the cost from your refund.

A restocking fee of 5% will be deducted from returns of orders that purchased multiple sizes of the same item.  

If you received free shipping at checkout based on your purchase total, and then return 25% or more of your total order, you will be responsible for the original shipping costs. Upon processing your return the shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Final Sale

Some items may be Final Sale and will be marked as so in the product description. We will not accept returns or exchanges of any kind for these items.

Shipping

We aim to get your stuff to you as quickly as possible. In stock items usually ship in 2-4 business days from our headquarters in California. During launches, when order volume significantly increases, it can take our small team about 2 weeks to ship orders. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable) when your order leaves our shop. 

If you purchased a pre-order item, check the product page for that item to see an estimated ship date. All items purchased with a pre-order item will be held until everything can ship together.  

If you live locally and would like to pick up your order, select "Pickup in Store" during checkout. We will email you when your order is ready, please do not show up before that message is received. You can pick up your order during regular business hours at The Cub House

The Cub House is not responsible for any packages that are lost or damaged once they leave our store. International customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes and fees.
